Know who just started a Washington public-works job.
Every business on a Washington public-works contract has to file an Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages with L&I before it can be paid: the prime contractor first, then each subcontractor. L&I publishes those filings every day. Every Monday, we send you the new ones in your zone, with the email and phone each business filed with, the project, the agency and the expected start. You're the only company of your type who gets that list for your zone.
Business names, emails and phones as filed in public L&I records. No contract.
Eight buyer types, one seat each per zone
About how many filings each seat gets in a week: the average of the 4 weeks ending September 25, 2026. Across the state that's ~850 filings a week on projects of $100,000 and up. A business that works several jobs files for each one. Counts move week to week.

| Equipment rentalThe same list | ~384 | ~252 | ~216 |
| Traffic controlRoad, street and utility projects, read from the contract name | ~94 | ~82 | ~53 |
| Portable toiletsPrime contractors on projects of $100K and up: they set up the site | ~37 | ~24 | ~22 |
| Temporary fencingThe same prime contractors | ~37 | ~24 | ~22 |
| Bonding and insuranceEvery filing: each business on the job needs bonds and coverage | ~384 | ~252 | ~216 |
| Certified payrollEvery filing: each business has to report prevailing wages | ~384 | ~252 | ~216 |
| Construction staffingEvery filing: a business staffing up for a public job | ~384 | ~252 | ~216 |
Left out: businesses L&I registers as sole proprietors, filers named as a person doing business as a company, and projects under $100,000 (road prime contracts under $25,000) or with no value. Traffic control is read from the contract name, so a few of its leads won't fit.
What's in each lead
Everything comes from the public filing, with the spreadsheet (CSV) attached for your CRM.
Who
The business, whether it's the prime contractor or a subcontractor (and who hired it), and the email and phone it filed with.
The job
The awarding agency, the project's value and a subcontractor's own part of it. The spreadsheet adds the contract number and the prime contractor.
Where
The project site. A filing goes in the zone of the project, not the business's office. The spreadsheet adds the business's own address.
When
The day the filing was made, and the expected start date when the business gave one. Biggest projects first, prime contractors before subcontractors.
How you use the list
These are businesses. Every filing has an email, and about 9 in 10 have a phone. A few rules keep outreach legal and keep the list worth having.
Please do
- Email with your real name, your postal address and an unsubscribe link, and honor every opt-out (CAN-SPAM)
- Call by hand, and say which project you saw
- Mail or visit the business at its address
Please don't
- Autodial, use prerecorded messages or text: a small contractor's number may be their cell phone
- Suggest you're from L&I or the agency, or that they have to buy from you
- Resell or share the list

Questions
Where does the data come from?
Washington's Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) publishes every Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages on the state's open-data portal, about a day after it's filed. Every business on a public-works contract files one before it can be paid, so the list covers school districts, cities, counties, state agencies, ports and utility districts.
How early is it?
The filing comes after the contract is awarded and before the business is paid, usually around the time it starts work. About 9 in 10 filings give an expected start date, and some jobs are already under way.
Is there a phone number or email?
Yes. Every filing has the email the business gave L&I, and about 9 in 10 have a phone. A small contractor's number may be a cell phone, so call by hand and never text.
Who's left out?
Businesses L&I registers as sole proprietors and filers named as a person, projects under $100,000 (road prime contracts under $25,000), and filings with no project value. A business that files twice for the same project shows up once.
Why does Seattle-Tacoma-Everett cost more?
It gets about 1.5 to 1.8 times the filings of each other zone. The table above has this month's numbers for every seat.
What's in my first list?
Everything that fits your seat from the last 30 days, all on your first Monday, in the spreadsheet. After that, you get the new ones every Monday.
What if my buyer type is already taken in a zone?
We'll tell you before you're charged, and put you on the waitlist for that zone.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, if your seat turns out to be taken, or if you ask before your first list is sent. After that, payments aren't refundable, because your whole first list arrives on that first Monday. You can still cancel anytime, and you keep your lists through the month you paid for.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. There's no contract. You keep getting your lists until the end of the month you paid for.
